Freshly tossed Bay Shrimp, in our home-made Marie Rose sauce.

Served in a crisp lettuce cup.

Hendricks "Lunar" Mojito - Lamb & Mint Pasty:

Freshly ground lean lamb, mixed with seasonal vegetables, and enveloped in an oven baked pastry shell. Complimented with a carrot & parsnip mash.

Hendricks "Neptuna" Lemon Drop - Lemon Meringue Pie:

A zesty lemon tart of shortened pastry, topped with meringue, and served with our in house whipped cream.
