Glenfiddich Sherry Cask – Balmoral Chicken

Named after the castle, this dish consists of a chicken breast stuffed with haggis, then wrapped in Irish rasher and served with a whiskey peppercorn sauce. Accompanied by Au-gratin potatoes and fresh green runner beans.

  Glenfiddich & Drambuie “Rusty Nail” – Scottish “Millionaires” Caramel Shortbread

Buttery Scottish shortbread covered in rich caramel, and topped with a thick layer of Cadburys chocolate.
