Join us for a night of wine tasting and enjoy an amazing evening of delicious home cooked food which will be paired and served with a selection of Copper Cane wines.

Welcome Drink - Elouan Rose

Thread count by Quilt - Sauvignon Blanc - Beet & Goat Cheese Salad,

Zesty arugula with goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, shaved shallots and a medley of roasted beets, tossed in our house balsamic dressing.

Boen Tri-County Chardonnay - Lobster & Shrimp Bisque

Creamy, rich and flavorful seafood soup. Made with lobster and shrimp in a tomato based broth. Accompanied by homemade wheaten bread.

Elouan Pinot Noir - Flank Steak with Chimichurri

Tender and juicy  flank steak smothered in a tangy Chimichurri sauce. Served alongside creamed potatoes and roasted baby carrots.

Thread Count by Quilt Paso Cabernet Sauvignon - Chocolate Mousse

Rich, decadent chocolate mousse topped with a chantilly whipped cream.
