Enjoy a selection of expertly crafted brews, each paired with a dish that complements the unique flavors of the season. A guest host will guide you through the tasting, sharing insights about the beers and the pairings. Don’t miss this evening of delicious food, great beer, and fun!

Welcome Drink ~ Manta Ray Double IPA (8.5%)

Speedboat Ale (4.8%) ~ Seafood Ceviche

Fresh diced mixture of cod, shrimp and scallops, tossed with red onion, tomato, avocado and cilantro then marinated in zesty lime juice.

Blackberry Sour (7%) ~ Arugula & Blackberry Salad

Arugula tossed with blackberries, toasted pecans, shallots and feta cheese in a honey dijon mustard vinaigrette.

Friars Ale (5.5%) ~ Steak & Ale Pasty

Diced succulent beef in a rich beer gravy enveloped in a traditional pasty, baked until golden and served with minted mushy peas.

Sculpin Pineapple (7%) ~ Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Caramelized juicy pineapple and sweet cherries, underneath a fluffy vanilla sponge cake. Served with heavy whipped cream.
